For DHL private goods sent to Bosnia and Herzegovina, please indicate the following information on the invoice:
1. The correct address, telephone number and full name of the recipient must be indicated on the invoice
2. A copy of the sender’s ID card is required
The detailed description of the goods must be indicated on the invoice, the quantity and unit price of the goods (generally unspecific descriptions are not accepted, such as a black skirt, the correct one should be a short-sleeved black dress, 100% cotton, 42 yards)
If the recipient wants tax exemption, he must provide a ticket to the customs as proof. New projects, technical products, etc. are not tax-exempt. All goods must go through customs inspection, if the recipient is not the goods can not be cleared.
